MCBC Convenes 3rd Board Meeting, Holds Exchange with China Ambassador

MCBC successfully convened its third board meeting yesterday. Last evening, Chairman Senator Tan Sri Dato’ Low Kian Chuan led the Board of Directors in a dinner reception to hold a bilateral exchange with His Excellency Ouyang Yujing, Ambassador of China to Malaysia, and the Embassy delegation.

Tan Sri Low introduced the attending board members and highlighted that MCBC has officially established five committees. These committees will drive work in key areas including regional multilateral collaboration, ECRL-related industrial development, government-industry policy coordination, and SME, technological, and digital supply chains. The meeting has laid a solid foundation for future operations, while the exchange with the Ambassador further enhanced mutual cooperation.

Also present from the Embassy were Minister Counsellor Sun Shuqiang, Minister Counsellor Wang Jiarong, Counsellor Li Zhenxing, Director Yang Guowei, and First Secretary Zang Wenbo.
